Refund Policy Updates

We're making a couple updates to our refund policy & process on both wholesale sample items and items your customers have purchased from your shop. The effective changes have been implemented as of September 2nd. 
  • For Product Sample Orders: A full-priced item may now be returned to us within seven (7) days from the delivery date for a full refund/exchange.
  • For Consumer Wahool Shop Order: A full-priced item may be returned to us within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date for a full refund/exchange
  • For Shopify/Tiktok Store Orders: A full-priced item may now be returned to us within seven (7) days from the delivery date for a full refund/exchange.

Shipping Policy Updates
Over the past couple months we've been fine tuning our fulfillment operations and this week we’re going to be rolling out these updates to the app. This is a back end update to our system in how we calculate the shipping cost to fulfill your customer orders.
The reason for this change is due to overall shipping price increases and as we head into fall/winter season, these clothing items have a higher shipping cost due to their weight.
This release could potentially affect current retail prices on listed items in your shop and we want to quickly explain the change and what you need to do moving forward.
  • The shipping cost displayed in the product cost breakdown is calculated based on the weight and quantity of items ordered.
  • The shipping cost will still be included in your listed retail price, thus keeping free shipping for customers.
  • If the estimated earnings of any of your listed items are $0 or negative due to the increase in supply price, it will be moved to "In Collection". Please log into your Wahool Shop to update your retail price and list the items to your shop again.
