How can I, as a shop owner, cancel a customers order before it's shipped?

You can cancel an order depending on where the product was purchased.
1) Wahool Shop - You cannot cancel the customer's order by yourself. In the event your customers want to cancel their order, they MUST contact us within 24 hours of placing the order and submit a support ticket. Be advised that any cancellations requested after 24 hours of completion of purchase may be too late to cancel if the shipping/processing time has been initiated.
2) Shopify or Titkok - If the orders are canceled in Tiktok or Shopify, the order will be canceled automatically in your Wahool Shop. If you don't want to pay for the Wahool product order made in your TikTok or Shopify store, you can cancel the payment by clicking "Cancel" button.
