      What do I do after a customer places an order in my shop?

      Depending on what shop the order was placed in will determine the process for completing an order. Please see below for the order process in the three shops:
      1. Wahool Shop - Once an order is placed from your shop, this order will appear in the "Order Tab" under your Wahool Shop store. You won't have to do anything at this point as the orders are automatically fulfilled. To view this order select either the sub-tab filter "All or Processing." If a customer abandoned payment and didn't complete order, that order will be under the order status tab "Unpaid." Wahool will take care of the order fulfillment, shipping and after-sale service.
      2. Shopify Store - To fulfill an order made from your Shopify store, you will need to manually sync the order into Wahool by clicking "Request Fulfillment" from within your Shopify store under the unfilled order. This will send your order data into your Wahool Shop and will now appear in your "Order Tab" in the "Unpaid" order status tab. From here, you will need to pay for the wholesale order price on this order by pressing the "Pay Now" button. Once you pay for the order, the order status will be updated to "Processing" and Wahool will send out the package to the customer's address.
      3. TikTok Shop - Once an order from your TikTok store is made for a Wahool imported product, the order syncs automatically to your Wahool Shop and be under the order status tab of "All or Unpaid." From here, you will need to pay for the wholesale order price on this order by pressing the "Pay Now" button. Once you pay for the order, the order status will be updated to "Processing" and Wahool will send out the package to the customer's address.
         
        *Additional Notes
        • On Shopify and TikTok orders, we will lock the inventory stock for 48 hours. After 48 hours, you will still be able to pay for that order, but we will need to check the inventory at the time of payment to ensure the stock is available to fulfill your order.
        • If the orders are canceled in Tiktok or Shopify, the order will be canceled automatically in your Wahool Shop.
        • If you don't want to pay for the Wahool product order made in your TikTok or Shopify store, you can cancel the payment by clicking "Cancel" button.
