Learn how to use the Shop Emails feature to notify and target segments of your shop customers with our templated email marketing system
Our Shop Emails feature allows you to notify and target specific segments of your shop customers through our templated email marketing system. You can send emails to registered, unfollowed, never purchased, and followed users.
To access your Shop Emails feature, go to the Marketing tab in the Application section of your dashboard. From there, click on the Email Marketing option. At the moment, we offer one email template, and you can send one email per week.
Please note that you need to have listed products in your shop in the last 3 days to send out an email. Once an email has been sent, you can see how many customers viewed it by clicking on the "Sent" button.
