Orders & Fulfillment

From your dashboard, tap on Orders. From within orders, you can view the status of all the orders that have been placed in your Wahool shop and connected shops. You can see the order details and more information about the customer and their shipping address.
1) Wahool Shop Orders
Orders that have been placed from your main Wahool shop don't need any extra upfront work to be fulfilled once the order has been placed. It is all automated and you don't have to do anything. We handle all the backend operations. Once the order has shipped to the customer, you can view the tracking status from within individual order.
2) 3rd Party Shop Orders
Orders that have been placed from any of your connected 3rd party shops like Shopify are also managed in this section. From the dropdown list select your connected shop to filter the orders in that shop.
  • For Shopify Orders  - To fulfill an order made from your Shopify store, you will need to manually sync the order into Wahool by clicking "Request Fulfillment" from within your Shopify store under the unfilled order. This will send your order data into your Wahool Shop and will now appear in your "Order Tab" in the "Unpaid" order status tab. From here, you will need to pay for the wholesale order price on this order by pressing the "Pay Now" button. Once you pay for the order, the order status will be updated to "Processing" and Wahool will send out the package to the customer's address.
  • For TikTok Orders - Once an order from your TikTok store is made for a Wahool imported product, the order syncs automatically to your Wahool Shop and be under the order status tab of "All or Unpaid." From here, you will need to pay for the wholesale order price on this order by pressing the "Pay Now" button. Once you pay for the order, the order status will be updated to "Processing" and Wahool will send out the package to the customer's address.

*Additional Notes
  • On Shopify and TikTok orders, we will lock the inventory stock for 48 hours. After 48 hours, you will still be able to pay for that order, but we will need to check the inventory at the time of payment to ensure the stock is available to fulfill your order.
  • If the orders are canceled in Tiktok or Shopify, the order will be canceled automatically in your Wahool Shop.
  • If you don't want to pay for the Wahool product order made in your TikTok or Shopify store, you can cancel the payment by clicking "Cancel" button.
