We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product sample for a variety of reasons, and we want to make the process as easy as possible for you. Our automated return system allows you to initiate and complete the return process quickly and conveniently, all from the comfort of your own home or office. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to return product samples using our automated return system:Step 1: Navigate to Manage from the Home Dashboard
From your Home Dashboard, click on the "Manage" button. This will take you to the page where you can manage your account and view your product sample orders.
Step 2: Click on "My Orders"
Once you're on the Manage page, click on "My Orders" to view all your product sample orders. You can easily locate the order you want to return by checking the "Shipped" or "Received" tabs.
Step 3: Click on the "Return" button
Once you have located the product sample you wish to return, click on the "Return" button for that item.
Step 4: Select the item(s) you wish to return
You will now see the product sample order details, and you can select the items you want to return. You can select multiple items if necessary.
Step 5: Select the reason for the return
After selecting the items you want to return, you will be prompted to select a reason for the return. You can choose from several pre-populated reasons or enter your own reason. You may also be asked to provide additional details, such as a brief description or photos/videos.
Step 6: Review the return details
After selecting the items and reason for the return, review the return details, add your shipping address for the return label, and review the refund amount for the order.
Step 7: Submit the return request
Once you have reviewed all the details and are ready to submit the return request, click on the "Return" button. You will receive an email within 24 hours letting you know the decision and next steps.
Step 8: Print and attach the return label
If your return is approved, you will receive a return label as an email attachment. Print the label and attach it to the box or bag you are returning the item in.
Step 9: Ship the item back to us
Take the box or bag to your local courier and ship it back to us. Once we receive the item at our warehouse, we will issue a refund back to the original payment method. This usually happens within 3-5 days.
Step 10: Check refund details
You can check the refund details at any time by going back to "My Orders" and clicking on the "Refund" tab to locate the return request.
